Detoxification and cleansing ARE (not is) used to jump start the body and counteract the negative effects of poor/improper diet, lack of exercise and sleep, stress (mental and environmental). These natural procedures cleanse the body by eliminating waste to facilitate optimal function. Other activities that aid in the cleansing process include but are not limited to: exercise, juicing, supplementation, hydrotherapy, saunas, etc.
